Job Overview:

Our success heavily relies on the exceptional capabilities of our program management team. We are currently looking for an experienced program manager to join our team and uphold this legacy. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp business acumen and a proven track record of strategizing and executing high-level program initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to define the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timeline for new initiatives.

• Lead program and project teams to maximize return on investment, while coordinating and delegating cross-project tasks.

• Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with established business goals and objectives.

• Partner with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.

• Analyze, assess, and mitigate program risks, while generating program reports for managers and stakeholders. 

• Plan, execute, and sustain program initiatives that align with organizational goals.

• Create protocols for program assessment to drive evaluation and improvement.

• Ensure organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance are met.

• Supervise multiple project teams to ensure program objectives are achieved.

• Manage budgets and funding channels to optimize productivity.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Duty Experience

Essential:  

• Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management

• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization

• Experience in managing stakeholders

• Working knowledge of digital marketing

• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field

Preferred:  

• Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle)

• Previous experience in software development

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software or similar

• Experience in proposal writing

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering

• Certification PMP

Security Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance at time of hire

Education/Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field

Travel: 

• Ability to travel as needed, estimate less than 25%
